Just seeing that headline in my slashdock news scanner was enough to put a shine on the evening for me. If you really want to the product, you can but it really isn't that funny. But the headline is, right?
Perhaps if it included video of how they obtained it, it would be worth it. It bears pointing out that someone has bid at least $10.50 for this item and they are legally bound to fulfill that payment.
